Jonathan R. Zamir is the Founder and CEO of Keystone Equities. Under his leadership, Keystone has built a national portfolio across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets, and has become a trusted partner in originating, acquiring, and managing investments across the capital stack.

With more than two decades in real estate investment and operations, Jonathan brings a strategic, hands-on approach to value creation, pairing disciplined underwriting with creative structuring. His leadership has made Keystone a differentiated platform known for executing complex transactions with institutional rigor and entrepreneurial agility.

Before founding Keystone, Jonathan was Director of Acquisitions at Infinity Real Estate, where he sourced and executed transactions across the U.S. Earlier, he managed large-scale, mixed-use assets in New York City at The Moinian Group.

He’s also the founder of the Professionals of Real Estate Forum (PREF), one of New York’s leading networks for real estate professionals, which has helped facilitate more than $10 billion in transactions through deal collaboration and peer connectivity.

Jonathan graduated Magna Cum Laude from NYU’s Stern School of Business and holds a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from NYU’s School of Professional Studies. Beyond his work at Keystone, he’s an active philanthropist and serves on the Board of the Combat Antisemitism Movement. He lives in New York with his wife and three children.
